The BDC was established in 1998 to provide services to the communities of the Deh Cho region and its mandate is to increase employment through business development services.

Denendeh Development Corporation

DDC is a private company aiming to enable the Dene of the Northwest Territories to share in the ownership of profitable businesses and to foster employment in Dene communities.

Gwich'in Development Corporation

GDC focuses on increasing revenues through development activities in the Gwich'in Settlement Area, and ensuring that land claim beneficiaries are involved in related training, employment and business opportunities.

Industry, Tourism and Investment

Provides quality programs and services to promote and support Northwest Territories economic prosperity and community self-reliance.

Inuvialuit Development Corporation

Invests in business ventures that enable the Inuvialuit to be equal and meaningful participants in the northern and national economy and society.

Inuvialuit Regional Corporation

Continually improves the economic, social and cultural well-being of the Inuvialuit through implementation of the IFA and by all other available means.

Licensing

The Licensing Bureau provides business and lottery and real estate licences.
